By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile app, website, or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using Cheetah.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

The Cheetah mobile app
The Cheetah website
All Cheetah-operated transport and payment services

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should stop using our services immediately.

2. Who Can Use Cheetah

To use Cheetah, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

3. Services We Provide

Cheetah offers:

Digital transport payments for buses, taxis, tricycles, and other public transport
Trip planning and tracking with GPS updates
Cashless wallet top-up and instant fare deductions
Driver and operator tools for managing rides and payments

We may update, enhance, or remove certain features without prior notice to improve service quality.

4. Your Responsibilities

When using Cheetah, you agree to:

Use the service lawfully and respectfully
Not misuse payment systems or attempt fraudulent transactions
Pay fares on time through approved payment channels
Keep your account details confidential and secure

5. Payments & Fees

All fares are displayed before confirmation of payment.
Payment is processed via secure payment gateways integrated into Cheetah.
Cheetah may charge transaction or service fees where applicable.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued if:

A payment is duplicated by error
A transaction fails but the amount is deducted from your account

Refunds will not be issued for:

Completed trips
Failure to use a purchased ticket before its expiry

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos on Cheetah platforms are the property of Cheetah Mobility Ltd and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cheetah is not liable for:

Delays caused by traffic, accidents, or technical issues beyond our control
Losses from unauthorized account access where you have shared your login details
Any indirect damages resulting from service interruptions

9. Termination of Service

We may suspend or close your account if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Misuse our platform or payment systems

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Cheetah means you accept the updated Terms.
